Our Story
Chelmsford German Circle was established 35 years ago by a group of individuals with a shared passion for the German language and culture. Over the years, we have evolved into a vibrant community organization that offers a range of engaging events and activities. By becoming a member, you will not only have access to these events but also join a community of individuals who share your enthusiasm.
Whether you are a native speaker, fluent in German, learned the language a long time ago or are studying it now, you are very welcome to join us. Our monthly meetings are in German and have a German focus, with themes ranging from the topical and the serious, to more light-hearted evenings introducing German places, music, customs.

Egal, wie gut Ihre Sprachkenntnisse sind, der deutsche Kreis heisst Sie herzlich willkommen. Deutsch ist die Sprache bei unseren monatlichen Treffen, die immer einen deutschen Schwerpunkt haben. Die Themen reichen von thematisch und ernst bis hin zu unbeschwerteren Abenden, an denen deutsche Orte, Musik und Bräuche vorgestellt werden.
